Agri-Tel Transportation Inc. has a driver bonus program which provides company drivers the opportunity to earn an extra $0.04 per mile above their base wage.

The driver bonus program is in essence comprised of three separate bonuses as follows:

BONUS #1

Driver Safety, Equipment Care and Paperwork Bonus Program:
Standards which must be met to qualify for this bonus include being accident free, no log book violations, equipment cleanliness, and completion of paperwork.

BONUS #2

High Miler Bonus Program:
A single driver must average 11,000 miles per month while a team must average 17,000 miles per month.

BONUS #3

Fuel Bonus Prog:

5.6 ® 5.69 mpg = 0.002 cents/mile
5.7 ® 5.79 mpg = 0.004 cents/mile
5.8 ® 5.89 mpg = 0.006 cents/mile
5.9 ® 5.99 mpg = 0.008 cents/mile
6.0 ® 6.09 mpg = 0.010 cents/mile
6.1 ® 6.19 mpg = 0.012 cents/mile
6.2 ® 6.29 mpg = 0.014 cents/mile
6.3 ® 6.39 mpg = 0.016 cents/mile
6.4 ® 6.49 mpg = 0.018 cents/mile
6.5 & over = 0.02 cents/mile
